Daily Puzzle no.1


This is one of our class's daily puzzles and the goal was to try and find as many figures of speech as possible and my mum and I found six. Can you find any more that I missed?

  1. Kick the bucket
  2. Cats got his tongue
  3. Eggs all in one bucket
  4. Wear your heart on your sleeve
  5. Time flies
  6. Born with a silver spoon in your mouth

    Hi Georgia, This is tricky isn't it? Well done on the 6 you got. I think it will be the type of thing you come back to and get more one by time.
